I continue to visit this place due to my late mother loving one of the nail artist. Unfortunately she wasn’t there on Monday the 14th. Let me start by saying DO NOT GO THERE. They did my gel manicure over three times and still it looked terrible. Pedicure the gal was nice did and okay job but polish chipped in a few hours. Being in the beauty industry i pay attention to things. Like the four gals sitting in the back that are unlicensed and doing nails one of them basically cut my cuticle to the skin made me bleed and it hurts Terribly.and i say unlicensed because a hog school student came into train for the day and clearly she was unlicensed. I will never return to this place again

My 6 year old got her nails done today and they came out absolutely horrible, her nails weren’t even fully painted, there was polish on her skin, then I go back to get it fixed and the lady just scrapes 1 nail and tries to put another coat on it.. and it made it 10x worst.. her toe nails also looked absolutely terrible. Do not recommend this place.

I was in a rush for work……mmnm and inside the mall nails didn’t look so bad till I got home. I don’t have time to keep going back. Lisa has gotten very sloppy. Won’t ever go back!!!!!!! And I tip well.

They jump from person to person instead of finishing the customers as they come in. Also the one girl did a full adult pedicure on my 7yr old. For my pedicure my toe nails were not trimmed or filed. Waste of money and time

Only one person really spoke English is kind of like the language barrier it was a clean environment they did a good job on my nails little expensive but it was worth it was worth the experience it was very attentive to what I needed just too many people too many young people in there

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI will give this place minus one stars. I never had such a horrible experience in doing my Mom’s nail. I am never going to this place again!!! She came in hoping that this place would finally replicate the nails that she always wanted. The owner attended her and she did a very mediocre job. She used products that were very cheap and she even hurt her nails to the point of bleeding. Also, the owner was not able to replicate the art of the photo, imagine for the other employees. Plus, when I told her (because at this point my mother was in tears already and they did not even appreciated that fact) that she did not liked the nails that she did, she grew angry instead of professionally ask why. They charged her a full set for 70 dollars plus tax for a nails that she even did not like at all. Do not go to this place, you will definetely waste your time and money. Awful service, if I could gone them 0 starts I would. My friends and I went here to get full sets of acrylics which are listed on the signs out front for $25, the lady shapes my friends nails and then told her that shaping her nails is an extra $5. We ended up paying for the $30 nails each but it was not worth it, nails are uneven and missing acrylic in spots. The nails also have air pockets in them which goes to show how bad the painting skills of the workers are. The whole time we got our nails done we were told the gel polish “is better for ya nails” and how it’s “better quality”. We will never return here and I would advise you to not come here . We also noticed that the tools are not always sanitized between costumers which could give people a fungus.
