Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueTold my friend to go to this nail place in the Crystal mall and they did a horrible job. Polish they polished her skin off. Cut her skin up and the thumb nail is glued to her skin. They cut her thumb. So disgusted. She has acrylic on her knuckle. I will NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. Let me tell you about this wonderful establishment! I have been coming to Amy the owner of Magic Nails for several months now and I keep coming back because she is honest, kind and funny. She does not charge you an arm and a leg to have your nails done. Her hard work shows through each and every manicure and pedicure that I have done! Thank you to the whole team at Magic Nails and the owner Amy for all that you do! It really shows and that is one of the main reasons why I keep coming back!

Terrible!! I went to get my nails done for the first time and it certainly was the last at this place ! The lady at the desk was extremely harsh when buffing and filing my nails. She wanted to charge me $5 extra for her to shape them! She also was always on her phone and didn’t seem to care that she was doing a clients nails. finally, at the end she left my cuticles covered with nail polish and the acrylic was all over. Would not recommend this nail salon. And would definitely NOT pay $30 for small square nails.

He puts one coat of clear gel, no basecoat no topcoat, on my nails and then charges me full price of $35. I asked for just a clear coat of regular old fashion nail polish. The man who did my manicure goes ahead and starts to apply gel. So I agree. He puts one coat of clear gel, no basecoat no topcoat, on my nails and then charges me full price of $35. They purposely took it advantage, overcharged me and when i question them stay basically did not care. Stay away!!!

This place is never busy, and there’s never a wait. Which can be a great thing if you are in a hurry and cannot wait. HOWEVER, expect poor service when it comes to the actual nails. The owner gets a lot of help from interns and inexperience nail techs. So if you happen to get anyone other than the owner expect your nails to be terrible. Pedicures here are not a pedicure at all. The intern I had was so nervous she was shaking the whole time she was attempting to do my pedicure. The intern was so scared she was going to cut me, that she never made an attempt to remove the excess skin around my cuticle. That’s one of the main points when getting a pedicure! The quality of work just isn’t good here. Avoid this place if you can, if u MUST go request the owner.

I’ve never wrote a review on here before, but I’m so upset with the way my nails were done that I’m going to share my experience. I had to wait about 10 minutes at the desk. There was only one customer in there who was drying her nails and that was all. The nail tech was sitting on the pedicure chair watching TV and didn’t even acknowledge me. I had thought they were a customer themselves. The woman who did my nails rushed and did my nails in about 30 minutes. My cuticles weren’t cleaned up, the tools were dirty, there was polish all on my skin. I don’t recommend you get your nails done here.

I’m using my husbands account because I don’t have a google account myself but I needed to say, Amy does a great job on my nails when I go! I usually get a pedicure and she takes her time to ensure the best service is provided! I always leave as a satisfied customer!

Initially I was reluctant about going to Magic Nails as I was using the same nail tech for over 15 years. I was forced to find a new tech and out of convenience, decided to try Magic Nails. I was greeted graciously by Amy and have been getting my nails done at Magic Nails for over four years now. I have received many compliments on my nails over the years and am very satisfied with the exceptional service I continue to receive. I am happy to have found you!! Thank you.
