Very rude! I called for the first time to make an appointment with Linda, and instead of woking with me on a day and time, she told me to “just come in and have someone else do it”… great way to gain customers!! After she told me that, I tried telling her that I would like to get my nails done with her, yet she refused to schedule anything with me and told me to walk in and have anyone available to do my nails.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI love them!! As long as I’m in Maine I will never go anywhere else. They are all good but Michael especially does amazing work, double checks that everything is even and perfect and makes sure they will last. The salon itself is clean and nice. I highly recommend them!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have got my nails done here before unfortunately I had to call to reschedule due to a blizzard and poor road conditions considering I travel from over an hour away to get my nails done. Lady was extremely rude and I was hung up on…. I called multiple times after trying to get through to someone to simply reschedule and got hung up on again. I have never had such a rude experience. I have got my nails done here before unfortunately I had to call to reschedule due to a blizzard and poor road conditions considering I travel from over an hour away to get my nails done. I have been to this nail salon several times and had excellent service. My most recent visit was horrible…nail tech had attitude and did a horrible job. My nails looked like they were already 2 weeks old after 5 days! Nails are sticky and far from my nail bed. Like the shop but not the lady who did my nails.

I’ve been here several times and every time they do not paint to the Cuticle as if on purpose so that I’ll need to come back sooner DESPITE having asked them over and over again to please paint to the cuticle. Coming back here is the definition of insanity… If you want to look like you have a week old mani pedi upon leaving then I suggest going to magic nails to throw your money away

They did a great job on my nails, a couple of sanitary things could have been better I did see him take a couple of tools he was using and then throw them back in his drawer after he was done using them on me, and my massage for my pedicure was about 25 seconds each per foot I know I counted haha. Overall they did do a good job on my nails and I’m not bleeding so that’s a plus.

What horrible service! I had a dip manicure for 6 days and it was all chipped and jagged. I called on a Saturday to have them fix it but they said they were too busy and to come back on Tuesday. That’s 3 days with dangerously sharp nails. So I went elsewhere to get them fixed. Went to their salon Tuesday to ask for my money back. The owner was disrespectful, dismissing, and rude (Ben). He refused to do anything. He walked away from me and wouldn’t continue a conversation. Would highly recommend staying away from this place they can’t stand behind their product!
