I am so happy I started going here!!! (I had been going to Star nails right down the street for years. But, after a horrific experience the day before my wedding I could no longer support that business and started looking elsewhere.) Magic nails staff are good at what they do and very friendly. I got dip right before Christmas (first time) and a couple of nails chipped. I went in after the Holiday and they did not charge me to fix them, apologized, and they were absolutely wonderful! That is how customer service should be. 10/10.

Such a nice family owned business. My pedi on 2/4/23 was delightful and super affordable. The same service down the street at a fancy shiny chain salon is literally double the amount. I relaxed in the massage chair and received a wonderful massage on both my legs and feet. I love giving a small family salon my business. It may not be glamorous, but it is well worth your time and money. Pam

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had the absolute worst experience. The woman doing my manicure seemed fine at first, but when she started talking I could tell she was very stuffy and I honestly wish I had gotten up and left. A few minutes into my manicure she was STRUGGLING to do my nails. She had to get up a few times to cough, wash her hands, take cough drops, and actually coughed all over the paper towels by the sink. She haphazardly put polish on 3 nails and halfway through the 4th nail she had to run to the back to be sick (throwing up or just a coughing fit I don’t know). I waited there with wet nails until another technician came over and had to finish my manicure. I understand not wanting to be understaffed or cancel appointments, but having an employee face-to-face with customers when she’s THAT sick is so wildly irresponsible. Especially during the holiday season when we all have family parties to attend (and maybe the first family party since covid). With covid and the flu spreading the way it is I’m crossing my fingers she doesn’t get me sick so I have to stay home for the holidays. Not to mention that the first few nails were done so poorly they started chipping the next day.
