I love this place for the quality and value. Its like those two factors meet at this nail shop. Sure it isn’t the trendiest in aesthetic, but every technician does a good job and they seem like they want to please the customer. Their quality of work is very good, although there are times I will ask them to make a correction. They are always happy to do so. The owner does a good job of making sure everyone is satisfied and that the shop is always clean. I love it here.

Definitely not worth the price. They tried charging me 30$. I called them before walking in, they said 17$ for regular short full set and 10$ more for gel. After i told them that its supposed to be 27$ the man just said “ok 27$”. he cut my skin about 3 times. And left that acrylic mixture on my skin stuck to my nail. Im so disappointed..

I been coming here for many years and never had a problem until today , a new guy did my nails and did however he wanted and I told him if he can fix it and didn’t , I wasted $50 on nails for my nails to look so ugly .. I will never come back here , mostly the guy didn’t know what he was doing he kept getting up asking the other women questions and then he ran to get dirty sink water and used it on my nails. I was here on Friday October 1st for a full set and a pedicure. Julie started working on my toes. Great job!! No complaints there. About 30min in she asks me if I’m sure they know I want a full set as closing time was approaching. I said yes I’m sure. Eventually she starts asking the other girls and one finally comes to me. I wish I would have got her name!! Here’s the problem. She worked so fast she finished my nails in under 30min at the same time Julie was done with my toes. Huge red flag. The very next day as I was changing clothes my left index finger broke. The very next day at I was scratching my head (I have extensions so I wasn’t being rough at all) my right index finger breaks. I go the very next day on Monday and the girl (first station to the left right behind the cash register) starts working on my nails. She asks did I hit something (with both my index fingers lady?!) I explained no and now it happened. She starts telling the girl right beside her something in their language and she starts laughing anyway she’s done, charges me $5 and I go about my day. The next day Tuesday my left middle finger nail breaks while making hand gestures, talking!!! Two days later my right hand middle finger breaks while I’m washing my hair. Moral of the story is always get names!!! In case you have to review their great or horrible service. I wanna go back and get these nails fixed but I’m not even going to do that. I’m taking my business elsewhere. Damn shame cause I really liked Julie.

Love how they treat my mom. She is wheelchair bound and they cater to her needs. My favorite thing is all their instrument’s are chemically sterilized in the 2 sterilizers they have on the premises. They open the package of sterilized clippers, and all the other metal instruments they use. They are gentle and give a lot of TLC. Not pushy or demanding of waxing or offering other services. They respect what you want.

I do not recommend this place at all first time they messed up I had to go back to get it fixed. the second time they just did a bad job they did not remove all the nail polish from my previous color and just painted over it and you can still see it and the final result it was disappointing. The lady who did my nails needs to to get more lessons on painting nails. She did a very bad job. I got a basic manicure and pedicure which is pretty cheap but you get what you pay for unless you pay for extra Services I assume they might put in more effort. I don’t know what they use but my hands always feel more dry when I leave from there I just got my hands done yesterday and they look terrible. I’m Never coming back!

Critical: QualityI am never one to write bad reviews or complain because I try to be understanding. But this is one of the worst places I’ve been to. The lady who did my nails just wanted to do them quick, didn’t even do a gel soak off and just drilled the gel off my nails, making them weak and uneven. Then she didn’t file them well and they were crooked + raspy. I asked her to file one and somehow she made it worse. My nails were already looking rough and I asked her to do another layer of polish because you could still see through and the polish was uneven. She then got mad and said the top coat would fix it but I’ve gotten my nails done for 10 years so i knew I needed more than 1 coat for white gel polish. She got all mad even though it was obvious my nails were badly painted. Never coming here again and brace yourself if you come here. I really do like this place.. I’m always a walk-in and they take me right away. They are clean and do good work. One thing I hate is when you get your nails done and glue gets stuck between your nail and finger or you have a buildup of acrylic. If they don’t do a good file job, it’s just a mess! You tell them what you want done and they will pay attention to detail and make them nice and neat. Girls if your not happy with your nail work speak up. They will take care of you.

Kim is my go-to girl 🙂 she takes her time and makes sure my hands and feet always look on-point. Ceecee does an amazing work with acrylics. Their sanitizing process is impressive. Appointment highly recommended.
