My first visit at this shop was after pandemic once stores was allow to open. I was a repeat customer even though the man who does nails in front named Tam is very rude also the Mother that does pedicure she’s extremely rude but never experienced for myself until Now. First off they need more workers you can not run a shop with Only 3 Workers and 4 on the Weekend especially in the Summer. Wanted a Pedicure I ended changing my mind due to the fact they was taking so long so I told Tam to give me a Color Changed which he refused. I guess he got upset because he thought he was gonna get that pedicure money Shouldn’t took so long for service. NEVER BE BACK AGAIN!!!! Terrible Customer service

They do decent work at a lower price. However, it’s always a long wait and they rotate between several employees to do one service, which in my opinion, is what’s making the overall service take longer. Also, if you let them know, they made a mistake or that you have been waiting a long time they are combative instead of accommodating or apologetic. This is a family business that lives in one household so I have always supported them. It’s a double edge sword because this means nobody is really in trouble for wrong-doing and definitely nobody’s job is at stake!

Talked to someone to make an appointment due to no walk ins (have phone records and time logs ) and they placed me on the list .Next day I get there and I’m not on the list (he shows me a book with no names until 1) …..as upset as I was I calmly left. Calling around , there was no other openings. So for the inconvenience I called back to see if I could be placed in BEFORE ONE .
