Guy left uncured gel under a layer of uncured gel and I had to pop it with a safety pin and get it out. Wanted a gold accent on my ring nail (like a gold french tip with polish and the regular color underneath) and after telling me it wouldn’t look good, told me I could either get the whole nail gold or not at all. So, I chose not to do it at all because thats not what I wanted. Cut my skin multiple times with his tool as well. Whole process was very rushed and probably will not be back.

I would give this place a 0 stars if I could. Awful. I had an appointment set for 5:45, showed up at 5:30 and by 7:30 the only thing they had done was remove the polish from my toes. A lady doing someone else’s nails asked how I wanted mine and when I showed her the length I wanted she rolled her eyes and was super rude about it. I ended up only getting my toes done and they weren’t even what I wanted. I was late for work and left with less than I had hoped for. I’ll never come back. Take your money elsewhere to a company who cares about their customers.

Horrible service, the tech nicked me when cutting my cuticles and never apologized and never looked at anything other than her phone. Was very rough and rude!!! Then it said $20 for manicure but she charged me $30 and pointed and said” you pay me $30″ I will NEVER go back there…I paid $30 for my nails to get painted and it was a horrible experience

the lady was incredibly rude, was on a phone call the entire time, and made my cuticle bleed. not to mention i was charged 60 dollars (before tip) when the sales price listed was 40 and the nails came out with an off shape anyways. i will not be going back and i would not recommend. ): Gel manicures

Spa Pedicure was nice, but they forgot the paraffin that was included. As for the nails, I had to file them better when I got home. I wish they took the time to get the shape right and complete service. Didn’t push cuticles back or apply cuticle oil at the end.

Tried to get a specific design and when I didn’t like them and just told her to put them solid she got super mad and threw polish on left acrylic and polish on my skin even tho I told her I would give a good tip for trying she was still rude but I tipped her anyways because she did try but done nothing as I asked and wouldn’t given me the time to explain what I wanted then added something I didn’t ask for and after telling her she just got more irritated. She was already that way when I got there and I was paying $100 for my set and was still treated like this

Spent $300 and 2 hours here yesterday for my best friend’s birthday to find out that only one nail tech knows how to do the designs they have to choose from, and the nail tech who created the designs told me she “didn’t have time/was too busy” to do what I asked for on my nails. They still charged me the full price with the designs that I never received. What a scam. We definitely won’t be back. No wonder several of the customers inside were complaining while we were there. I also heard them say Magic Nail was not their first choice.
