Honestly, I don’t waste my time leaving reviews but this one specific woman at this business needs a serious reality check of how unprofessional and rude she is. I will say, the job she did on my nails were OKAY, not the best, I got regular acrylic nails and was overcharged about $20 extra. They do not explain to you what they’re doing before they do it so you can pay that extra money at the end. Not only that… the First Lady in the table to your left when you first walk in is SO impersonal, she has ZERO customer service skills.. her attitude with me was ridiculous. She kept insisting I get Gel polish , and when I would decline she would speak in her language to someone sitting across the room from her or next to her.. every time she asked me a question about my nails or I corrected her for painting or shaping it wrong , she would speak in her language to the person next to her .. I’m SO sick and tired of people being able to do this, it’s rude, impersonal and I know that you’re talking about me while I’m right there. The worst part is that she was the boss .. won’t be coming back here, I’ll take my money and my time elsewhere.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityLied to me about price. Got gel nails and she was so rushed to get me out that she didn’t allow the to sit long enough and they ended up being sticky. I go here mostly for pedicures but once and awhile I will get my finger nails done and every time they look horrible. Girl didn’t know how to shape a flat with rounded tips style and just kept filing till I had nothing left. Painting looked like a 5th grader didn’t it. No one seems to understand English and they only speak a few words so you struggle conveying instructions. They do an decent pedicure but not for manicures. But as always watch the painting. They can get sloppy nearing the end zone especially if others are waiting.
