I believe this is the best nail place in Fitchburg. I go frequently and always ask for Sandy. They are very caring, gentle, and efficient. They always treat customers with respect and I will always book with Magic Nails.

Excellent service, clean, and staff go above and beyond and are very kind. I have mostly gotten gel and regular manicures here, which have been great, and I recently got a regular pedicure, which was excellent as well. Highly recommend! Manicure, Pedicure

Jimmy did a really good job doing my cuticles, which needed alot of help. He also did a fine job painting them. Very nice person too. Gel manicures

Very nice woman, but no experience. Worst mani/pedi I ever had. Polish all bubbled and top coat not covering entire nail. It bothers me that these places want only cash tips. Why? So you don’t have to pay taxes? I’m not playing that game anymore—running to an atm so the manicurist doesn’t have to report their income. At this salon, I was asked to Venmo the tip. No way. Now you get no tip.

They do good work but how embarrassing when they chased me at the door because they said I didn’t pay. The woman who did my nails pulled all the money out of her pocket and saw mine folded and remembered then that I paid her.

I love this salon, Tina and Lisa are both so talented. They also love to chit-chat and crack jokes, which is awesome. Prices are decent too! My full set of acrylics cost me $50 and I was done in under an hour.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI drove almost an hour to try Magic Nail & it was totally worth it! I will be back!I am very particular about my nails, so even though I live much closer to Boston, I haven’t found a reliable salon in my area.I always get dip color on my nails, and it’s very important for me that a salon has the exact color match for dip powder and regular polish for my toes. Magic Nail carries DND brand dip, gel & regular polish, and while they don’t have an exact match for every single bottle, their color selection is really great. They also carry OPI and other brands as well.Jenny was my nail tech this time.I chose to have one of the deluxe pedicures—I can’t remember the name of which one I had, but it was listed at $50 and had about 5 steps worth of creams, extra massaging, a hot stone massage, and a packet of lotion to take home with me. It was amazing and so relaxing.Jenny also worked on my dip manicure. I usually have problems getting the exact sharp coffin shaped nail, but I showed her what I wanted and she was able to do it perfectly! Unfortunately, some of my nails were mis-shaped from another salon, so she did her best to fix them but recommended next time I cut those nails down and get a tip replacement to straighten it out. I appreciated her advice, so next time I will listen to her.She even did a beautiful job at straightening out my middle finger nails which do, in fact, naturally “do like this” (deep cut for Anjelah Johnson fans). The total price for my dip mani & matching pedi was only $85. The salons closer to me are usually about $25-40 more expensive. When I asked Jenny her schedule, she told me what days she works, but then she also said “Even if I’m not working, everyone here does a good job! You should still come in.”I really can’t wait to go back. While I didn’t get anything fancy this time around, it looks like they have tons of options for designs & style enhancements: foils, chrome, ombré, stickers, hand-drawn-art. I will be trying those at some point in the future! Today I was over the moon just off the perfect shaping and color match of my nails. 5 stars!Services: Manicure, PedicureI drove almost an hour to try Magic Nail & it was totally worth it!
