Everything about this place is great! Very clean and the mask & temp check requirement made me feel assured that it was safe. Everyone is so nice and polite and the massages make you feel like a million bucks! Make sure you bring a reasonable tip, they work hard and deserve it.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityWorst experience EVER!!! 30 minute massage was less than 20 minutes, including the lady leaving the room three times after starting! Also left the door wide open! Definitely don’t recommend! They are very unprofessional!

Critical: CommunicationThey were VERY pushy and insisting upon giving them a tip. I think that is very rude and not ok. It made me very uncomfortable, and I will not be going back because of that. I go here every 2-3 weeks and am always happy with my massage. Price is very good, I got a membership. They also always massage the full hour and make sure the pressure isn’t too hard or too soft.

I brought my family member here for a massage and she said the massage was good but I didnt like the fact that when we first got there, the owner wasnt there but these two other ladies act as if they couldnt understand what services was suppose to be given according to the gift certificate. Then, one of them kept saying she didnt speak English but got on here phone and had a full conversation with someone in English. The other lady that performed the massage didnt understand English either which I think is terrible to be in the presence of someone for over an hour performing services for you that dont know nothing that you’re saying in order to communicate with you. Then, when the services was done, the owner wanted to be pushy about giving the woman a tip in which I feel wasnt right because you dont ask nobody for a damn tip; you let the customer decide if they want to give a tip! I wanted to get a massage here but I think I will pass because it was just to much confusion as soon as we entered the building and I dont care for the management. I have a tip for the owner……she need to teach her workers in there how to understand and speak English! That was crazy and ridiculous!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityFirst, the prices reflected on the website are not the actual prices displayed in the business… Second, I paid for a 90min massage (body 60mins & feet 30mins) and it felt as though someone was just rubbing lotion on my body & feet… lastly, the lady left in the middle of my massage, gone for at least 5-10mins, and didn’t make up for the time…They do not do hot towels to loosen muscles or help soften skin or feet for better massage oil/lotion absorption… and I’m almost positive the lady used a paper towel to wipe up the excess oil from my body… DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY, TURN AROUND… YOU KNOW IT’S BAD WHEN THEY HAVE YOU PAY FOR SERVICE UP FRONT… *NO REFUNDS…First, the prices reflected on the website are not the actual prices displayed in the business… Second, I paid for a 90min massage (body 60mins & feet 30mins) and it felt as though someone was just rubbing lotion on my body & feet… …More
