HORRIBLE , prior to my last two visits everything was good! They pick and choose who to service. My lash tech didn’t wash or sanitize their hands between the previous client and myself. I called to see if they were open and thankfully they were and had two openings for my friend and myself. The process took an hour with your eyes closed and it was $55 for the service. I was beyond excited, my eyelashes are stubborn and literally go straight down and she managed to make them shine. Enjoyed the serene music which made me fall asleep for a little bit. Just moved to the area and was looking for someone who would do lash lifts as I’m not big on extensions. I called to see if they were open and thankfully they were and had two openings for my friend and myself. The process took an hour with your eyes closed and it was $55 for the service. First of all please stop advertising your cheap quality on Groupon so you can have more customers walking in. Second I have been getting my lashes done for a while no one has ever told me my own lashes have ended mid way so they can’t add anymore lashes, even though I still had my lash hair unbelievable. Every single person who has seen my lashes since the day I had them done has been saying “I think they forgot to add lashes at the end”. Please hire people who know how to handle to handle the work. Oh yes and I forgot to mention that the receptionist booked me for 4:10 I got there 10 minutes earlier on which I was told I was not scheduled until 4:45 so I have to sit there and wait. I dearly hope you guys don’t do this to more than half of your clients. Pleas try to improve your work ethics. This was truly the worst experience I had in many years!
