Decided to come back since I liked my previous nails. There is only one person who does nails. Not only was my set rushed, but the nail tech also kept saying they were cute, only to say they weren’t cute in between saying they were, without even being asked. I had to ask her to redo them multiple times, and even then they’re crooked. Toward the end she rushed me away bc someone else came in, after I waited over an hour for her to be done. I won’t be coming back to get my nails done.

Came in after work around 645pm Tuesday evening after getting turned away by 2 other nails shops due to the time ….wanted just eyebrows which she did perfectly but ended up getting a mani pedi too! Was out the door by 720. Great price fast cute great job

My experience here was horrible. The lady that did my eyebrows f** them up. Even though I told here just clean then I like my eyebrows thick and the first think she did was the opposite. She was “is okay my friend just use a pencil to be shape them” and she wanted to still keep on touching my face like no. I never going back. Worse experience ever.

It was horrible I’ve been here at least 10 times before going twice a month for 3 years to the old location that was on Atlantic and 60th. Yesterday was Thursday the 7th of December Amy was there with another lady who refused to give me her name after I was very upset with her work. Gina and Anna know I never complain as well as Amy. I paid $30 for a set of nails that were uneven not shaped correctly I most importantly they weren’t even glued on right….. I must have asked the lady to repaint this. ….reshape…that now can you file this one about four times before she decided to give up…. I was nearly crying in front of the lady and all she could tell me was “”I’ve been doing nails for 10 years I know what I’m doing”” he clearly was in a rush or maybe they don’t want to do it sometimes I feel they have discrimination towards me because of the style I have….. she had the nerve to ask me to pay before because she did not want me to leave without paying I have never been told to pay before I leave without….. so at the end of the day they robbed me for $30 + I got unfinished and nails

It was the most horrible place they cut into my moms foot and she couldnt stop the bleeding they kept putting all these liquids on her to the point they took out the first aid kit and even they they wanted to put nail glue on it!!! She didnt stop bleeding even after we got home. They need to close it down before anyone else gets hurt

Horrible I’d give no stars if I can they don’t use fresh tools on customers after I even asked for a new set and I got a fungus on my toe from it and they cannot paint nails to save their lives I had to instruct her on how tf to paint my nails , avoid this place at all costs
