Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI got my hair done, crochet…and the braids that were done underneath my crochet was extremely loose…I did not realize this until it was already done. I asked for half my money back since I knew it was not going to last as long as expected and I had to wait a whole day to have my money sent back cashapp. Also my appointment was rescheduled a few hours before my appointment. I was told it was because of a doctor’s appointment but that was a lie…it was because she double booked. I got my hair done, crochet…and the braids that were done underneath my crochet was extremely loose…I did not realize this until it was already done. I asked for half my money back since I knew it was not going to last as long as expected and I had to wait a whole day to have my money sent back cashapp. Also my appointment was rescheduled a few hours before my appointment. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got my hair braided last week and it looks like a child did my hair. I had a picture and the braider did what she wanted. I contacted the owner and she never responded. Go somewhere else and dont waste your money here. It is poor quality and very unprofessional. They get a fat zero.

They will arrive late, no one can braid in there, you will be there all day paying 200 plus for something that isn’t worth $20.00. They will arrive late, no one can braid in there, you will be there all day paying 200 plus for something that isn’t worth $20.00. Critical: ProfessionalismI contacted flo for appointment. She scheduled for 9am. I arrived on time no one was there . I texted her several times and called . No response, someone arrived at 9:30. She had no idea about my appointment. Flo completely unprofessional and would not respond to text after she double booked the appointment. The other woman was not aware of the appointment and had another person there. My time is just a valuable as this company. It’s rather unfortunate and unprofessional to behave this way and operate in a very unprofessional manner . Flo later in the day sent a very aggressive text which makes no sense considering she is the one that needs to be held accountable.
