If this place could get zero stars, we would give it zero stars. My husband stopped in for a foot massage and they charged $168. Authorization was only given for $68, $8 of that was apparently a fee for using a credit card, we called our bank and the establishment tried to steal $100. They have been reported to the BBB. Do not go to this establishment!

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityBooked a massage over the phone. On arrival we were informed that it was cash preferred and credit card payment would be charged extra. We were not told this over the phone. The lady insisted that this was “standard practice”. My masseuse was Lily. She left the room many times during the massage to man the front desk, leaving the door open and me embarrassed as the room opened to the reception area. The massage itself was not good. She scratched my back and used her forearm to apply deep pressure. I repeatedly requested a massage with her thumbs, but to no avail. I came in relaxed, but left in pain. After the massage she directly asked for tips. I tipped her inspite of not wanting to. Also forgot to mention, there was wine in the reception area. The sheets were not clean. This was my first visit. I was greeted with enthusiasm and for the first time in a long time asked how they could make my massage experience personal. I told them why I came and the areas to concentrate. I paid for 90 minutes and received a massage from a professional. Andy is gifted. I have had massages throughout Asia and Europe and Andy ranks in the top three. I am highly recommending him. The environment is clean and decorated in a tasteful way. No scents and appropriately lit. A good masseuse is hard to find and I found one.

I paid $60 dollars for 1 hour of massage, she started at 7:21 pm and finish 7:51, only 30 minutes, I told her that she needed more time to finish and she told me that she had more clients, and if she continued I should pay $40 dollars of tips, and that anyway if she finished before immediately she demanded $20 dollars of tips + 60 for 30min, it is incredible how deficient this person is in her work, and be careful if she touch your parts, because you will have to pay 80 + 60 of massage and and she will make you finish with her hands, do not expect anything else that does not, the function you will pay $140 dollars.

I had a terrible experience here. Signed up for a couples massage and it was bad from start to finish. Upon arrival we were supposed to have a complimentary glass of wine which was never offered. The atmosphere was not relaxing. It was hot and cluttered. Once the massage was in session the ladies giving us our massage were talking to each other and laughing the entire time. Not relaxing! The floor kept making loud creaking noises every time they took steps. I asked to focus on my upper back and shoulders and almost 30mins was spent on my legs which I found a complete waste of time! During the hot stones she placed a small towel on my back and went to get the stones out of the heating unit. When she grabbed the stones they were too hot for her hands and she came running towards me and threw the stones on the towel. (Floor creaking during the running) the lady walked all over my back with her bare feet causing a lot of pain and I later had to see a chiropractor from the discomfort she caused. The so called facials we received were those 99 cent packaged masks you can purchase at any local drug or makeup store. What bothered me most was their talking and laughing during our couples massage. I would not recommend this pace or ever go back!
