I’ve been a regular here for over 5 years and i was always happy with my experience BUT they’ve had a lot of new people and it is not what it used to be. Rida is great, but i can’t speak for the others, not as friendly. I’m 8 months pregnant and after sitting waiting for a while to get by eyebrow done i was denied access to their restroom,. i asked very polite if i could please you their restroom and the lady i asked gave me a quick NO only for employees and went on walking with another employee. It’s too bad because i really after many years i will be taking my business elsewhere.

I came here last week. For my first time, first time brow tint. It was a last minute spur of the moment. Excellent customer (guest) service. I enjoyed my visit and will definitely come back. Im also 9 months pregnant. I had my kid with me as well and the ladies went as far as putting cartoons on to make our visit comfortable. Thank You ladies!!!!

The very first time I came here was about 9 months ago, and I was very pleased I stumbled upon this place. I decided over the next several months to try waxing that’s the reason for the long delay. Today I went to grab lunch in the area, knew my brows needed some cleaning up so since I had a great first experience decided to give it another try; WRONG! My skin is literally so sore from the cuts, it killed to wash my face tonight! When the girl was done she handed me the mirror I did see the redness but I was really hoping it would subside. Nope it’s actually worse with cut like dry blood still there! Not going back & wouldn’t recommend! Sorry!
