Normally I have a great experience when I go here, however my last visit was very unpleasant. It was two days before Christmas, they were very busy, and the lady who waxed my eyebrows was in a rush. She burned my skin with the wax and when I mentioned the burns she brushed it off and told me that my skin was just “too sensitive.” I’ve had hundreds of eyebrow waxes in my life and have never been burned before. No apologies or attempts to make it right by offering a discount, no charge, or whatever. Just blaming the customer’s skin and taking no responsibility. The lack of care, rushed service, and the inability to make it right when a mistake was made is what upsets me the most. I won’t be coming back here again.

I DO NOT HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN I went in for a eyebrow and upper lip wax I paid $20 + a $5 tip. My eyebrows look nice but I woke up this morning with a a blistering rash, she also missed a good part of my eyebrow and almost my whole upper lip, I left with wax in my nostrils and cheeks I wouldn’t go for a wax but they thread fine, really sad and disappointed:(
