For it being my first time, I came out with the hair color exactly the way I wanted it. She did such as amazing job. I really do recommend her. I’m in love on how my hair feels. This was the very first time I went to this Dominican Beauty Salon. For it being my first time, I came out with the hair color exactly the way I wanted it. She did such as amazing job. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI got my hair cut my Maggy the owner like 4 months ago and she did a amazing job i loved it !!today i walked in to try and dye my hair and as soon as i walked in SUPER Rude !! she does not know how to speak to customers at all.i read the reviews and saw she was a little rude but aside from that i was like she wasn’t that bad when i came last time .She denied to dye my hair because it took 4 hours when its HER Job , i’m paying her to do something .There’s a much better way to to speak to people who are going out there way to get service at your place of business , it was so unprofessional and will never be coming here again .she could have said it nicer and with NO attitude.Your Business has to have a Great customer service and today it was HORRIBLE .If i could rate it a 0 star i would , customer service is everything!I got my hair cut my Maggy the owner like 4 months ago and she did a amazing job i loved it !!today i walked in to try and dye my hair and as soon as i walked in SUPER Rude …More

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWhen it comes to hair I am very particular on who I allow to touch it. I only go to Dominican salons to get my hair done but not every Dominican salon is the same. So I had to do my research. I found this place on Google and drove from Miami to North Lauderdale just to get my hair done. I was not disappointed. My hair was badly damaged from having put on faux locks but she was able to salvage a lot of my hair. For those people who are complaining about the way she speaks – she moved from New York…. so she is direct…. do not confuse that with being rude. If you know you know. Honestly it came out way better than I expected! I recommend this salon because she is professional, personable and fairly priced. I have visited other Dominican salons and I will tell you that this salon is far better than the others! You don’t wait for hours just to get a wash and blow out. I wish she was closer to me but after coming to her, I do not go to any other Dominican salon in south Florida. When it comes to hair I am very particular on who I allow to touch it. I only go to Dominican salons to get my hair done but not every Dominican salon is the same. So I had to do my research.
