So I called in to buy 10 $100 gift certificates from Magdalena. I asked the young lady how was she doing and she paused for about three seconds and said how can I help you. I asked her again, how are you doing? She gave a response asking me how can I help you as if she was very annoyed. I didn’t ask her again how are you doing today and she responded how can I help you. This Customer Service had said enough for me. I decided to go elsewhere. Common courtesy is the start of good service.
