I asked for subtle highlights that won’t be noticeable as my hair grows out. I have black hair and it already had highlights on it she could go by. Unfortunately, she gave me blonde highlights! She then used toner to tone down the color to a light brown, but I asked for subtle, and what I got was definitely not subtle. She insisted that that this is the way it has to be when highlighting dark hair, but that just shows she must be inexperienced at highlighting dark hair, because this has never happened to me before!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThis lady is too cool for school. Doesn’t call or text back in a timely manner. Last minute open spot so she let’s me know. I show up ON TIME as she texts “I’m going to be another half hour “. I go fine, I’ll grab some lunch. 40 minutes later she says ” how long will you be?”. I said 10 minutes, as I have to settle my tab and drive over. She says “that’s too late I have to go”. WHO DOES THAT??? I drove 27 miles to see this lady! My fault ! This was my first visit.Magda gave me a lovely hair cut.I have long hair and she was patient enough to style it the way I like it .She wasn’t shy to use iron to give the last finishing touch to my hair even though I went for just a haircut.Altogether very good experience and she is going to be my hair stylist here on…
