I use to come here EVERY 2 months when it was run by Fery, now there are mostly new ladies working here. Although I didn’t recognize anyone, me thinking that because of the quality of work I was getting 2 years ago was great, I assumed that now it would be the same. Initially I was ok with the Senegalese because I had a migraine and was ready after sitting 8 hours. It was only until the next day when I realized the the twists were very sloppy in the mid section and in the back and they were all different sizes!! I’m use to perfection, and considering that I paid good money, I expected NOTHING LESS!!!! I take my hair seriously. Never again!!!!

Never coming back. 2 yrs ago i would recommend this place to any and everybody. My most recent visit was the worst. BraiderS were very rude and upset because I wanted an $200 hairdo. I use to spend $250 on my Senegalese and it was well worth it. The new braiders are lazy and rude. Also the kinkalon hair they now use is very cheap and its sheds like crazy.

This place is the worst gallery I been to. Particularly the braider, she was rude and rough. My hair looked okay when she finished but she didn’t make sure she at least remove the excess water from my braids. my shirt was soak and wet. She had the nerve to tell me that she should have charged me 210 instead of 180 due to length. I will never return or recommend.
