Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have had multiple great experiences at the salon. Not only is the staff so kind and caters to every need of every client, but the services they provide are amazing and my hair comes out perfect every time. With this pandemic going on it has been very difficult for me with having family members who are at serious risk and the salon has been great with COVID precautions and keeping everybody safe, distanced, and numbers limited in the salon at a time. With partitions between each chair, temperature checks when each customer enters the salon, and a limited amount of customers in the salon at a time I feel safe and comfortable to get my hair done and keep my family safe. This salon is a true representation of how a business should be ran especially during tough times like these! Not only is the staff so kind and caters to every need of every client, but the services they provide are amazing and my hair comes out perfect every time. I cannot say enough great things about this salon. Not only are the stylists and staff incredibly talented and professional when it comes to color, cutting and styling, everyone who works here is so nice and seems to truly care about their clients. They have done a FANTASTIC job during the pandemic and do a great job balancing the needs/desires of their clients, with the necessary safety protocols they have put in place. I was surprised to see a recent review that said otherwise…but then I saw that it was written by someone who has never even been to Madison Taylor! I have been coming to Madison Taylor once every 4 weeks for almost 30 years after leaving a top salon in Manhattan. I cannot say enough great things about this salon. Not only are the stylists and staff incredibly talented and professional when it comes to color, cutting and styling, everyone who works here is so nice and seems to truly care about their clients. I have used this salon now for many years and was pleased to see all the precautions they took during covid to keep their customers safe. They have partitions between every station and everyone has to wear a mask at all times. I noticed they cleaned each station after every customer as well.
