Called to schedule an appointment as a new client and was answered by the most unprofessional receptionist. We were looking for a specific time and instead of putting us on hold to check, she puts the phone down and is yelling at the stylist. Then says 3:30, not, “we only have a 3: 30 available unfortunately”. And when we don’t answer because we didn’t realize she was talking to us. She yells HELLO! When we say that won’t work she says fine whatever…and hangs up… very unprofessional

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI got my hair cut by Heike today and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had getting a cut. She was extremely rude and just kept telling me how “dirty” my hair was. She did not wet my hair before cutting or anything. She literally just pulled it out of the pony tail and started cutting. She cut about half of my hair off after we already agreed on just one inch. I got my hair cut by Heike today and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had getting a cut. She was extremely rude and just kept telling me how “dirty” my hair was. She did not wet my hair before cutting or anything. She literally just pulled it out of the pony tail and started cutting. She cut about half of my hair off after we already agreed on just one inch. But Josh knew exactly what I was looking for and even fixed the horrific cut I got from the other salon.
