Horrible experience, my hair is totally ruined and bleached patches. I had an appointment on 7/6 at 11 am at their SR location. From my understanding you can not reserve a specific tech and their techs are cross working in different location. Please see pictures-this is what I ended up with! How can your “licensed” tech can so messed up simple partial highlights?? MR corp team reached out to me today offering to return to the tech who ruined my hair and fix my overprocessed and dry hair for free (no offer of refund)! No, I do not want to end up totally bald, you already burned my hair so badly! Now it will cost me another $300 at normal licensed salon to fix this mess!

Loved how easy it was to book an appointment and how quickly I got in. Sheila colored my hair and did an amazing job. She suggested a toner and deep conditioner which I loved. I don’t remember the name of the woman that washed and blow dried my hair but she was lovely and gave a wonderful head massage while washing. I even got a compliment on my hair at the grocery store after my appointment!

Terrible! Bad customer service, Lady didn’t explain well, and after the work was done I couldn’t tell the difference between what she did highlight and the rest of my hair. She just briefly said your hair is thick and needs more jobs more money another day. I call o to ask a question wait on hold for half an hour and was never answered.

I had my root touch up and gloss done here today. It looks horrible. My grey is not covered at all and the gloss did even worse and it looks purple. I had the color on for 55 minutes. I have lines of many different colors not even blending. I have an event tomorrow and I don’t even know what I’m gonna do. The colorist left before My hair was washed and no one even asked if that was the color I asked. I specifically told the lady that I wanted to keep the color I had but she made it totally different in the ends. I’m so frustrated. Now I need to do color correction but how am I gonna make it before my event tomorrow evening. I paid $130 for ruining the color and hair I had.

This place is fine for all over color or roots because the hair coloring product is less damaging than drug store but I paid a lot for the balayage and found out later from friends and a hairstylist that gave me a haircut that it was not a good blend job in the back and I am really annoyed since I paid so much for it. I think I’m better off doing the self treatments at home. I also paid extra for gloss and it didn’t make my hair shinier or softer.

I came out from getting my hair washed to the self dry station and realized there was dye all over my forehead and ears, which was difficult to get off after sitting on my there for 45 minutes. At least when I do my roots at home, I take the time to clean it all off so it doesn’t stain my skin. Spent $80 for someone to apply dye sloppily and then attempt to scrub it off myself. Thanks to a Yelp event hookup, I got my roots, gloss and blow-dry done here all free. The process is definitely trendy. You work with a color specialist, who identifies a suitable color for you and records it on their tablet so when you revisit, you won’t forget what it is. The process was easy and relaxing and my hair came out shiny and beautiful!

I went in to get a consult for which color to use on my hair. The person helping me was very short with me, didn’t explain anything and seemed like she was late for her lunch break. I wanted to look at many different shades but she cut me off and told she knew best because she works with the color all the time. I was nervous about doing my own hair color and I almost walked out. I’m glad that I trusted myself because the product is very good, but the customer service was awful.
