This place is awesome! My first time here for hair coloring. Usually I do my own coloring and it’s getting harder and I always miss my greys. So I decided to try this. Got an appointment same day. Love that it’s easy online booking. You don’t have to wait weeks to get into a salon. The lady Mars here nickname was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable and helped me pick out a color. It turned out amazing. Beyond happy with it. Everyone is super nice in this place. Definitely using this place again.

I had a great experience at the Vernon Hills, Illinois location. The salon is located behind the Whole Foods in a strip mall. The place was very clean and organized. They follow Covid guidelines which was re-assuring. Gina colored my hair and was super friendly. She was very professional and displayed great concern that I get the right color. She came to me several times as I was processing asking if I needed a bottle of water or anything. Cassandra was fabulous too. She did my blowout which came out amazing. These 2 women make an excellent team. Very knowledgeable, low pressure and actually made the experience fun and enjoyable.

I used this salon a few times for hair color and based on the fact that this is a non toxic hair color I really wanted it to work. I have to say I’m very disappointed. The staff is nice but over worked and under staffed. The color especially the last two times looked washed out and did not cover my grays. I’m definitely not going back

Had my highlights done and the stylist used too strong bleaching agent…. My hair got burned and started falling out. On top of that, my scalp was also affected, bleeding and itchy. The lady did not tell me about bleeding spots on the back while she was trying to brush them afterwards, the other hairdresser at a different location noticed that and took a picture to show me….
