First time I went there everything was perfect because Rachel and Samah were both very careful with my hair because it’s too long. Second time it was a nightmare Hailey who colored my hair did the absolute unthinkable to me my hair got tangled in a huge ball and was damaged to the point it was burned in some areas and I had to cut the knot off. She did not even say award to me and pretend like there’s nothing wrong . Very disappointed in management who did not refund my money only refunded my second month membership fees!!! Horrible business don’t trust them with your hair.

I was a first time customer to this salon. I was so deeply disappointed with the service. The staff attended to me left dye stains on my face and neck after the color service. Then I was told to blow dry my own hair after she was done washing my haIr. It was never explained to me at the very beginning that I had to clean myself up from dye stains on my face and neck and do my own blow dry. I wouldn’t have done the hair dye and left if I was told that upfront. I left frustrated and stressed after what should have been a relaxing experience at the salon. When I left my hair was frizzy and I felt that their practice was dishonest and I was rendered with poor service. I left a phone message to resolve this bad experience. Still waiting for a customer service representative to call me back.
