I did the over all hair color at the MAdison Reed Studio City. Steven the manager greeted us (me and another client) timely, checked us in and let us know the expected time we will be served. I appreciate how Steven both listening to my wish and educating me to decide the best color that suits my need and wish. I wanted Tuscany golden brown and Steven suggested to mix with Novara brown to tackle the resistant grey. The result was gorgeous! I got the golden tone I wanted and the grey was completely covered. The rest of the service (shampoo and blow out) was great too. I could see how Steven worked hard to keep the flow in the salon and to meet clients’ need (like being greeted on a timely manner). I will recommend this hair color bar. The products are gentle (no harsh chemical) and the result is smooth and shiny.

My experience was not good, my hair is blonde and roots brown but I was left with red roots not matching to my hair, went to my own hairstylist and he had to color remove for 2 hours adding another color to tone out the red and still $300 later even though its lighter it’s still reddish which will take another month to color over, I was disappointed to find out from my hairstylist that it’s really box color that this company is over charging for:(
