The staff person was very nice, she gave me a complimentary coloe kit, told me the manager would reach out, be they never did. Fighting Boston traffic for nothing is very frustrating.

I had the opportunity to chat with the owner, who gave me a fabulous blowout after my hair was colored, and I am excited to see such a phenomenal woman-led business taking root on Assembly Row. However, I was incredibly impressed by how inclusive Madison Reed aims to be, from the photographs on their walls, to their staff.
