I am so so upset. My colorist moved out of the state and I was in search of a new salon. I decided to try Madison Reed. My colorist was Nicole. we talked for a bit and I talked to her for a bit. I explained to her that I need my roots done and I would like more highlights around my face to match the back. (i am a light blonde have been for years) When I was done I was a dark brunette with grey streaks. I was almost in tears. The manager and Nicole tried to convince me that the hair was still wet and it will look lighter after I wash it a few times. All the other times I left the salon with the right color.

Coloring is ok, but not clean up after. They do not wash out the color well, my head was itchy driving back home and there are color in my ears. I had to re-wash my hair/ face and ears and the water was still rinsing color. I would recommend if anyone would do this, make sure to go home and wash it again after. Hair coloring
