I had my first visit to MR on Saturday and it was fabulous. My hair is thinning and I don’t want to use box products anymore. Going to the MR salon turned out to be THE BEST EXPERIENCE!! Chelsy was my colorist and she found just the right color, applied it, checked in on me regularly while it set and was just fabulous. Libby did my shampoo and massage–TOTALLY WORTH IT–and was also a delight. Between the two of them I felt right at home and very pampered. My coloring was efficient in terms of time and the results were TERRIFIC. I love the shade and definitely will go back. My days of applying chemicals to my hair are over! I’m sticking with Madison Reed and am treating myself to a massage from now on.

Great location and clean facility. Kind and professional staff. It was my first time and I had a great experience. I got the all color service and it was affordable. Definitely going back.

Very disappointed. Hair turned out bronze instead of blonde. They got my name wrong 3 times. Never asked if I was ok with how it looked. Rushed out. They had me check out on someone else’s account so I accidentally signed for someone else’s stuff. They weren’t rude but definitely not friendly. I will not recommend it to friends.
