I love the way they color my hair and the fact that they are the only place that have the actual color of red that I want! Additionally, there is no ammonia in there permanent color so it does not sting or hurt my scalp while it develops nor does the dye stink. They are just wonderful!! It takes only a little over and hour and us just over $100. Relatively cheap… Love it!!!

Really bad service. First visit, a big part was missed around my ear and side burns. Didn’t cover my grey hair completely. Second time, she used some hair treatment on me and I lost probably a thousand strands of hair. Stylists are really inexperienced. You cannot ask for someone different to do your hair.

I called to make an appointment and they recommended I go to the store to make an appointment. I thought maybe it would be possible to do a same day walk-in for color, because I was excited to get professional quality and learn how to do it at home. Once I reached the store, I had to make an appointment for another day. After another 30 minute drive there, I returned on the day of my appointment and I brought my 3 year old with me because paying someone to watch him would add to the overall cost of getting my hair colored. I was told that guests were not allowed and I was declined service here. This is not a family friendly establishment and I wasted my time and gas considering it for my hair color needs.
