I had the unfortunate experience of being a colorist at this circus by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a salon environment. The worst company I’ve ever worked for and to top it off the worst color line I’ve ever worked with. I’ve been with this company for two months, and within those two months it has been a train ride from hell to say the least 3 people quit due to the lack of structure,zero support from management and HR,negative environment, manipulation, lack of organization, excessive drama, lack of professionalism, micromanagement, and no teamwork. Apparently the core values of this company are love, joy, courage, trust and responsibility, which is an absolute joke because this location represented the complete opposite of that. The one that stood out to me the most was responsibility which no one in their role delivered. As an artist and hairdresser. I’ve been doing hair for 10 years and I absolutely love what I do but this experience has made me question if I want to be in this industry anymore, they completely tainted my outlook on this industry. If you are a colorist looking for a position here I’m begging you to not ever step foot in this location and look the other way. I felt this heaviness spiritually every time I step foot into this place , even driving to work I would think to myself I wonder what’s going to happen today. My entire career has never felt like a job, but for the first time ever this location made it feel like absolute torture. Walking out today was the most liberating , and most relieving feeling I’ve ever felt in so long and knowing that I can wake up tomorrow, not having to step back into that jail cell is a blessing. To my passionate, hungry, artist that love what they do, do yourself a favor and don’t ever come here, if you are looking for growth, an environment to create, a positive, uplifting teamwork filled space, And have support? this is not it. This company needs to edit their values because they are not applying for what they stand for. It’s a complete façade, a lie, and nightmare. Good riddance.

I went in wanting to purchase a reddish brown color and was told that my older highlights would turn orange. I then asked about a cinnamon brown color stressing that I wanted to keep my hair lighter than my natural dark brown. I purchased the color we discussed and my hair is now black. I am so completely disappointed.

My wife is in customer service hell with these rank amateurs. Her hair was not lightened to her request or liking, to the point that she was nearly in tears. She has been trying to work with the team – by phone and e-mail – to resolve the problem. Calls aren’t followed up with actions and emails are ignored completely. I find it hard to believe that any company could possibly operate with such total disregard for their customer’s needs. It’s sadly pathetic.

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an online order for same day delivery with their DoorDash offer since I am unable to leave my home. I placed an order of 5 products. I checked on my order status 4 hours later & it said my order was CANCELED! I never canceled it! So I called to see what happened and was placed on hold after explaining what had happened. After about a half hour on hold I was hung up on. I have tried calling back multiple times now and am being placed on hold immediately each time! Was actually excited to try this experience out. Guess they lost another opportunity on a customer.
