Do NOT recommend the Littleton location. I wasn’t greeted they just looked at me and continued to talk to the one other guest there. Awkward experience overall with no music playing half of the time and nobody checked on my hair while it was processing for 45 minutes. When the manager told the stylist that I was done she washed my hair. This was probably the worst part of the experience as she complained about over working and didn’t even wash the color completely out of my hair. She wiped my makeup off of my face and said “hope you weren’t going to dinner because you’re not going now”. I actually had plans to go to my 1 year anniversary dinner but that was ruined due to my makeup being wiped off my face (I understand a little bit being taken off but this was something I had never experienced in my life). I had to rewash my hair when I got home since there was still so much color left in it. Not happy with this location at all which is unfortunate for this being their grand opening.

I was charged $60 when I made an appointment for hair color on 12/27/22. I was told that the charge was to secure my appointment and that it will be applied toward my total cost once service is done on 12/28/22. I checked my bank statement this morning to find out that I was charged twice. Please review your charges with your bank. I will not be returning to Madison Reed! Also, the stylist is not as knowledgeable as I thought. The outcome of my color was disappointing. I do not recommend this business.

Loved my first time at Madison Reed in Littleton. Had highlights that turned out perfect. Melissa and Steven both provided great service . Both are very experienced. Not near the price of a saloon visit with the same result, I will be going back. Hair highlighting

Booked an appointment here without realizing that it had only been open for about a week. What a great experience! I wasted one hour of my life at this place which I won’t get back. when I reached the place I was told that there will be 15-20 minutes delay for my appointment. I waited patiently but right when the owner was done with her client and was supposed to attend me, someone walked in and she started attending her, she kept talking to them for 20 minutes without even acknowledging me or telling me how much longer I have to wait. When I approached her she never even accepted her fault and kept on saying she needs to attend everyone and they are short staffed. I left without getting anything done as I was so frustrated with them.

So disappointed in the color! After I got home, and my hair was completely dry, I was horrified to see how brown the “blonde” color was that I thought I was getting. I sent in the email survey and a senior colorist got back to me fairly quickly and told me to use clarifying shampoo to get the color out! I just spent all that money and that was her advice.
