This is prob the best thing that happened to my life (hair life) I would like to thank Allison and Sarah for reviving my dead hair due to 12-hr session of bleaching. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! I had to have checked these reviews before going to this place. Since these are “specialists” I went without reviewing. BIG MISTAKE!. Despite having explained what I wanted and also showing a photo, I went in and out exactly the same. When talking with the manager, who did not want to give me her name and has been the rudest manager I have ever met, she told me that she was not going to refund my service because for her the service was well done, that she would try to resolve with support. I felt mistreated and I even feel like he was making fun of me in front of the other customers.

Aweful service. I got my hair color done a few weeks back. I don’t know what the lady understood and bleached the hell out of my hair and turned it into a color only God can describe. Never going back here and don’t recommend it to anyone. Looks like they use one size fits all process to color every hair. No knowledge what so ever. please quit.

Loved this location and the salon. My colorist was friendly and did an amazing job at finding my color. The gal that shampooed my hair was AHMAZING(a different gal from my colorist). She massaged my head and washed my hair to perfection. They had great music playing and what I loved the most is at the end they have a station to blow dry or style your hair. Since my hair is curly they even had 2 different incredible curl products! Best experience ever!

Don’t expect great service. There’s one very friendly person who has never colored my hair. The rest are nice but totally uninterested in being there. I’ve had to wait for someone to color and I’ve been forgotten about. Thinking from now on I’ll order the hair color and have my stylist apply it. The color from Madison Reed is second to none and I love the color of my hair as usual. This is the reason they get three stars and not one.

I am not sure if Groupon customers get different service, but after my colorist finished my hair with her super long nails, which I am sure was challenging given that my hair is shoulder length, she instructed me to the vanity to blow dry my own hair. The moment I looked in the mirror, I saw tons hair dye on my hairline and sideburns. It was really difficult to take off. I kept scrubbing with the towel she used to wrap my hair in me but couldn’t scrub it off completely. As I was leaving, she sat and just watched me. I tipped her as I would for regular hair coloring prices and don’t regret it. I just wish she had at least taken off the hair dye on my face.
