BEWARE….I had my hair colored yesterday at the Davie location. I tipped both ladies that assisted me $10 each in cash. $20 total. I just received an email 30 mins ago thanking me for visiting and a $12.58 tip that was charged to my card on file!!!! WTH!!! Called and cancelled my membership and got that tip I did not authorize refunded from their corporate call center. I refuse to do business with people like that.

Went there to get my roots I thought my stylist was Jessie but it was someone else. I told the stylist please do not touch my highlights . She said yes . After waiting for more than 45 to wash my hair my head starting itching really bad and started getting red marks on my forehead. Told her please wash my hair but she was washing another lady hair made no sense because it was not her client. Finally she washed my hair and had some reaction on my head. My highlights were almost completely covered. Meanwhile she has asked me when I’m doing highlights.???? I don’t want to?? Now I have to. Don’t understand why ppl don’t respect your wishes.. also had to get a refund because they charged me product that I brought in myself. Geez

Went there for roots, partial highlights and blow dry. Arrived 10 minutes early. Told them no orange, red or yellow. Just light brown. I even showed a picture of the color I wanted. 3 hours later, I ended up with a chunk of orange hair. They said they were going to put some toner which I agreed to but she decided to apply just a glow which of course did nothing. The hair was still orange. Time was running and I needed to leave to pick up my kids at school and the manager who by the way was the one doing my hair blame it on me because I could not stay longer. Really? First and last time. I had to pick up my kids with orange and wet hair. I am extremely disappointed and mad!!!!
