Worst color experience I’ve ever had. The woman who did my hair did not know how to color hair with sewn in extensions and it felt like she was ripping my hair out. The sweatshirt I was wearing is ruined. When I left I had color all over my sweatshirt from when I was getting shampooed. The water was literally dripping down my back. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location.

I had a terrible experience with one of the colorists at this salon. It was not only obvious to me that she did not understand what I was asking for but she did not even try to understand what I was asking for. She made the experience very unpleasant. I’ve been getting balayage for years and never had this experience before at another salon. She did not even check in with me when my color was processing. After shampooing, the color and placement was nothing remotely close to the picture I showed her. When I politely showed her my hair post blow dry against the picture she told me she didn’t know why it didn’t result similarly. I won’t be back to this colorist again.

I visited the store a few months ago and only coming back to leave a review because my hair is still plagued by this place. First, I show up and tell the lady what I want, and we spend about 20 minutes going over what I want because she’s not understanding. I showed her one picture because I didn’t want her to get confused. She proceeded to tell me that they can’t get my hair to the exact blonde color I need, but close enough. I still felt uneasy and uncomfortable with my lady and should have left then and there, but I thought I’d give it a try. Throughout the service, she tells me how damaged my hair is, which I already was aware and hence why I was there to ease back into my natural color. Long story short, I ended up with a bronze/orange color at my roots that was supposed to be a blonde balayage. It’s been over three hours and three washes in at this point, and so I’m obviously over it and ready to leave. The lady could tell I was unhappy with it, and she proceeds to look at me and smile and ask, “oh no, are you going to cry? don’t cry!” I was appalled. Like I said, I tried giving my lady the benefit of the doubt even after that interaction, and looking back, I wish I would have handled the situation differently. Because after getting my hair done twice after, it is still the bronze color. One hair stylist told me she must have used permanent dye, which was never relayed to me. After reading more reviews, it sounds like other people had experienced similar service, so I would avoid this place at all costs!

First time here. Seemed like color didn’t quite take, so color was redone. There was a client who was scheduled during my retouch who was causing a scene and all the staff handled it professionally and were beyond courteous to attend to me whose appt was running into her appointment and took care of her despite her nasty display of entitlement.

I visited the salon for the first time for a touch up on my highlights and roots. When I arrived, my hairdresser told me there was no need to do my roots because I had such a nice natural color. I tried to explain to her that when I get highlights at other salons, they usually apply and blend them to my root, otherwise there is a band of dark hair. My natural color is a dark blonde, and I get very light blonde highlights. I did not notice until I left the salon later that day that my roots were orange. I have been getting highlights for 6 years now and have never had this issue. I was expecting better results than this for the price and time spent on my hair. I will not be returning to this salon.
