Very POOR Service – I am a young educated Hispanic female that went in to get my nails done for my prom. I was completely disrespected by the owner. My Mom outlined what services we needed from his establishment, and he agreed these services were services they routinely performed (Nails & Pedicure). My Mom left to run errands, and they started the services as discussed. They completed the pedicure and then proceeded to give me the least expensive manicure. When I reminded the workers of my original request, they started questioning my ability to pay $40.00 vs. $10.00. At this point, I was completely embarrassed and frustrated, as to how they were speaking to me. It was completely unnecessary, VERY unprofessional and unwarranted. Long story short, they agreed to perform the services as I requested at some point of the day. So…..two hours later I’m still sitting in the chair and I still have NO NEW NAILS. This is after my Mom called and clarified our ability to pay and our desire to get this done in a timely manner. Needless to say, I’m recommending NO ONE give them any business because they have OVER the top poor service.

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityThe crew was kind and professional, but I’m concerned about the cleanliness. Took my daughter to get a pedicure and we both ended up with a foot issue. She ended up getting cut followed by an infection and weeks later now it appears I got a pretty bad toenail fungus and am now missing some of my toenail :(. I have spent more money trying to treat it than I spent on the service. This is the only place we have been to in over a year as we rarely treat ourselves. The crew was kind and professional, but I’m concerned about the cleanliness. Took my daughter to get a pedicure and we both ended up with a foot issue. They are friendly, reasonably priced and do a good job. I have been consistently happy with my shellac nails and pedis. Only drawbacks are they can be a bit slow, the muzak sucks and not a huge variety of nail polish colors.

This is the best place to get your nails or feet done. This facility is located in League City. I have now been going to them for nearly 3 years and every time I’ve had to go somewhere else, I always regret it. A wife and her husband on the shop and they are there all the time. Everybody is so nice and they do a wonderful job
