Owner is very rude. I caught on to her trick though. She only accepts a certain clientele . When I called they accepted walk-ins. I walk-in now it’s appointment only. So I attempt to make an appointment while I was there she was booked for the remainder of the day. So I asked about the next week, she said everyone’s booked. I’ve been to the salon for years and Lynn has always been great but today she sat quiet as the owner was rude and refused me service for nothing other than my race. My family frequented this salon often being we are from the area. So when I’m in town I swing by. Well after today that stops. Not to mention the service is mediocre. I see why my family stopped coming.

One of my worst experiences yet at a nail salon. I’ve seen this place several times on my way home, but I did not want to have preconceived ideas due to the location and the exterior look of the building. I entered and it seemed fairly clean and well maintained. I went through the motions, picked out my polish, waited for a while for my pedicure and manicure to start and explained that I only wanted a gel manicure and pedicure and, not a dip. One positive is they did not charge additional monies for removing dip nail polish that I currently had as most salons do. The additional money was included in the total for the manicure and pedicure. The technician did not do a very good job at all the steps leading to the actual polish application, she seemed very distracted and couldn’t understand anything I asked or told her because she did not speak a word of English and had to keep getting a translation from another technician. When it came time for the actual application, the color of the nail polish was completely different from what I had picked. The color I was offered was a navy blue color and what was going on to my nails was gray. They kept insisting that I was not correct until I put the two samples next to each other and then they blamed it on the manufacturer of the polish. At this time, they kept insisting that I pick a different color. I was not happy at having to do this because I had already made a decision and there was really no other polish that matched closely. Before putting polish on my toes, they insisted that pay for the entire appointment. I guess because they realized I was not happy. I even tipped the technician well, though she didn’t do a very good job because I figured maybe she was just having an off day. Fast forward 2 days and I went to pay my bills and discovered that I have been billed twice for the appointment. When I called, the owner said she would call me back in a couple of days because she didn’t have the paperwork there it was at her house. The charge was over a $100, so of course I insisted she take care of it the same day as it is not my fault that she does not keep the business paper work convenient for herself. It was fixed after 2 days, then I realized that all of my nails are chipping because the nail polish was obviously old and thinned. I almost forgot, the technician left before painting my nails and handed me off to someone else because it was after hours. I arrived at 4:00 and it was 6:00. The woman who completed my polish then lectured me for 10 minutes on how I had messed up the appointment and how next time it would go more smoothly. It took everything I had not she fall out of my chair laughing at the thought of going there again. I do not recommend for any reason going to this place. I just went here today for the first time and definitely will recommend this place to anyone. I drove up from Murfreesboro to go here instead of any place where I live. I will absolutely make this drive every two weeks to come here to have everything done for me and my daughters. Everything was great. I love how my daughters and my nails came out. Very professional and courteous. Not one thing was rushed and the whole experience was relaxing. I had a pedicure before I left and it was very nice as well. I made an appointment to come back before I left. If you need anything done with your nails or toes I would go here. Reviews for places are always 50/50 because you can’t please everyone no matter how hard you try so to me you just go somewhere and try it out for yourself. I was given the name of this salon to go to as a recommendation and I am glad I went. I have been looking for months since I got to Tennessee for a nail place and thankfully I found one now.

Today I stopped in to get a nail service by Victoria! She is absolutely amazing! Her services are phenomenal, she didn’t rush, and was very great in explaining the service i was getting! I called and spoke to one of their employees, i explained that there were two of us and we needed to be seen at the same time and that I needed to schedule in advance to be sure we could be seen at a set time as we own two businesses and needed a set appointment time.
