First time getting a pedicure. Great service. I asked for a regular pedicure, when I went to pay she said $43!! I said why because you had a Calais. I thought they are supposed to ask if you want special treatment not just automatically do it. I like the service but I will never go back because if I didn’t happen to have my debit card I would’ve been in trouble no one pays $43 for a pedicure. I think it was a language issue and they were not understanding which is a major big deal

Great local spot that’s clean and well-run. The staff is very nice and professional. They offer a punch card that will result in savings which I like and they remind me to use it when I forget (which I often do). I typically get regular mani/pedi and I’m always 100% satisfied.

I got a gel mani as well and the girl took her time and paid attention to detail. You can tell she really cares about the work she puts out. I also really liked the one woman with the fanny pack. I went more than five times the last two times I notes that they didn’t give you time to say what l want to do,so I know they can do it or I go to another saloon the start without asking and in the end when I need a design they say we can’t do it it’s ok I gave them multi designs they say I tried to do this mean if not working they should remove it ,but they refused also I told ther To make my nails shortest she can make with keeping the oval shape ,but they make it round last time and too short also I asked oval shape they made it alamond in the time before and when I said oval they said yes yes round while oval isn’t round. they told me on the phone the gel extension 60$ they changed me 80 $ while they asked me what is the price manager gave you last time I said 60 if French 80$ if design she add 5$ to the 60$ ,but when I finished they charge me 80$ while I didn’t make French just regular color with one nail design Without asking me while I just told them she said 60$ and when I asked her if she can make this design she said I try ,but when I don’t like the way she did it she refused to fix it and she said no no I can’t change it in a bad way,and they didn’t gave me enough time when they made my feet nails ,because they want to do my hands after, all this I understood,but what I didn’t understand when I gave 5 $ tip for the lady who make my hands and 3$ for the lady who makes my feet they asked me just this the tip multi times you don’t want to pay more on the card I said no I don’t want to pay more on the card then they started to talk to each other’s about the tip they should know it’s up to me to pay tip or not and how much not to them I worked all the day to get 90$ they charged me 105 $ for two hours not all people can pay high tip I don’t like this behavior at all.the manager wasn’t there when they did this. I’m so sorry to say this bad experience, this is the first time I write a review that’s, because They make me feel a strange feeling when they asked more tip your nail store is clean and in a good location try to deal better with your customer if you want them to come back.
