I called to make an appointment to get my roots bleached and dyed to refresh my split color hair since my usual hair stylist was no longer available. I was pleasantly surprised they were able to fit me in the same week. Delaney did my bleach/color and she was great. She also styled my hair which I usually skip but I’m glad I didn’t because I loved the way she styled it and it happened to be my birthday weekend so I had a nice style to go out with. I’m a fairly introverted individual and sometimes I feel pressured to hold a conversation while at the salon so as to not make it uncomfortable but I felt at ease at Madison Heaths and didn’t feel uncomfortable when conversation lapsed. It was a great experience and I plan to make another future appointment.

I called late Thursday afternoon in desperate need of a cut and color. I explained that I was going out of town last minute to see my son who is in the Marine Corps. Terri agreed to come in the next morning (Friday) at 9am on her day off. I instantly fell in love with Terri and the salon! She is so warm and welcoming and I truly felt like I had known her for years! My hair turned out better then I ever dreamed and I’ve had so many compliments! I not only found my new salon and stylist, I also found a friend! My next 2 appointments are scheduled and I can’t wait to see what miracle Terri works with my hair next! Terri at Madison Heath’s is wonderful and super talented, great prices and relaxing atmosphere…you can’t go wrong with Terri!!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went here about 9 years ago to get a graduated asymmetric bob from Lisa. She was very friendly and entertaining and it’s still to this day one of my favorite haircuts. I honestly don’t think I’ve been to a salon since – I’ve ended up box dying it, ombre-ing it, trimming it, and cutting it into a pixie (when I decided enough was enough and cut off all the damage lol) all myself and I currently have mid back length virgin hair and have been giving myself regular trims. I’ve just been thinking recently about getting some subtle highlights or balayage to change things up – that’s one of those things that could easily go wrong if you DIY!
