Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy experience at this salon beyond exceeded my expectations. After having a horrible experience that same day at a different salon, this was like a breath of fresh air. The receptionist (I think her name was Marybelle) and the stylist ( I think her name was Sophia) really made me feel extremely comfortable. The customer service was amazing. I went in to get highlights for my jet black hair, and after being told by previous salons that it could not be done, this salon took the time to test my hair to see if the color would take, and it did!!!!! My stylist was so patient, very attentive to my hair, was not miserable, did not do rushy work, trimmed my ends beautifully (actually had hair left on my head), and to top it off she listened to me. She used my products and even told me how to take care of my color treated hair. For someone who does not go to the salon often, this will forever be my go to place when I want my hair done. My experience at this salon beyond exceeded my expectations. After having a horrible experience that same day at a different salon, this was like a breath of fresh air. The receptionist (I think her name was Marybelle) and the stylist ( I think her name was Sophia) really made me feel extremely comfortable. The customer service was amazing. Critical: QualityFirst and foremost, I’d like to warn everyone that the shampoo and/or conditioner has something in it that completely changes the texture of your hair! Shameful. Should you decide to trust them w your beautiful tresses, Please. Please. Please. Bring your own product!I washed my hair this morning (first time since having my hair done by this salon). My hair was coming out in chunks! And it was super straight hair. My hair normally curls up when wet.They curl and straighten nicely, once you’re in the styling chair. However, the shampoo and/or conditioner isn’t to be trusted.
