Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWorst experience with the recent visit couple of days back. Shampoo is not included but still the price remains same. Quality of the hair cut was also bad. In spite of telling to clean the side burns they left it half way. Also the back side cut for me was completely pathetic. I have attached the photos. Worst experience with the recent visit couple of days back. Shampoo is not included but still the price remains same. Quality of the hair cut was also bad. I first discovered this shop a year ago and have been going ever since. I’ve had my haircut done by every barber, and unfortunately my previous visit was the last due to how poorly of a job was done. Joey has cut my hair numerous amounts of times, but this last visit he was talking to a customer in the chair next to me the entire time and gave zero attention to my hair and requests. There are many people who can multitask, but Joey is not one of them. I had to cancel 3 in-person meetings over the next month because I’m actually embarrased with how I look. Even worse, there’s no fixing it as I couldn’t be more impatient for my hair to grow back. My back neck line was not only brought up an INCH, but it’s very obviously uneven. The sideburnes are the same way; one long, one short. The top and front of my hair follow suit as well. Joey did the ENTIRE cut from standing behind me so he could face the other customer he was having a conversation with. Once the cut was finished, I was genuinely at a loss for words and couldn’t get out of that building fast enough as I was so in shock.

Worst 2 experiences so far getting a haircut, fist guy didn’t know how to use the straight razor and left lots of cuts on my head. Second guy seemed like he was having a bad day and he was trying to dig the clippers into my skull and didn’t even cut my hair the way I wanted.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I just had a great experience at Mad Men. My stylist was Jose. He was attentive and did everything I asked for. Helistened to what I wanted and asked questions before assuming. He suggested a good styling product that would fit my needs. His conversation was great. I feel confident with my haircut which what I want. l will be going back to see him and will also bring my sons to get their hair cut by him too.

The worst barbershop ever.Please release Ryan. I asked for a regular medium fade haircut, gave the hairstyle a name, showed a photo, but none of the items were met. Ryan looked confused throughout the process and had no idea what he was doing. Avoid this barbershop,0 /5.

First off, I was a walk-in and the Tina graciously welcomed me and offered a spot for the hair cut. Jay was my assigned stylist. I am new to the US and what’s more difficult than getting your work is finding the right stylist.. Jay was my man and he did a phenomenal job and he knew what he was doing. I’m positive that I found my place and stylist for my future needs. Good luck to the establishment and their welcoming vibe

If you have any interest in not looking like you went 3 rounds in the ring with Cub Cadet lawn mower I highly advise you stay the hell away Ryan. I wouldn’t let that guy pay me for a haircut. Mad men barber shop- if you have any intention on staying in business in the near future I highly recommend getting rid of Ryan. Calling him a barber is a disgrace to the barber industry.

I’m not one to ever really complain but I feel like I need to about this one. My barbers name was Ryan. Upon walking in the dude barley greeted me. I’ve only been there once and never met him before. I sat down and he says what do u want done. I preceeded to tell him. During the cut he kept breathing loud on me and in my face I just felt awkward. As he was cutting I could tell he was either really new or had no clue what he was doing. He barley communicated with me the entire time. when he was done I told him to cut a little more. I still didn’t like it but felt it would be extremely rude to ask for someone else especially when they work by appointment only. I would go back and try a more experienced barber but never again from Ryan. Some advice for management is if you want to maintain a good reputation hire best of the best with more experience or do a better job training. I had to go to sport clips to get it fixed. Overall not happy.

These guys are the best. Angie and her crew are always clean, pleasant, and professional. They do a great job and they’re great people. Joey has cut my hair twice and both times I’ve gotten compliments from strangers. The atmosphere is one of cool, part old-school barbershop, part modern hair salon, all with a little punk rock thrown in the mix. Thanks Mad Men!
