We where on vacation, and my kid needed a haircut before school. They worked us in and Patrick was amazing! The vibe was lade back and inviting. It’s Difficult to get my my teenage boy on the same page. But he listened to us and came to a fantastic compromise. Would highly recommend. The only disappointing part is they are to far away to come regularly. Thanks from a mom of a teenage boy!

We were visiting pigeon forge on vacation and I really needed a haircut but I was really skeptical about going to a place that I didn’t know but I went and told him to cut it like he wanted and he did a very good job. I’m pretty picky about my hair but I have to say that I was 100% satisfied. Him and his co worker and the other people in the shop were very nice and very easy to talk to. I had fun waiting and listening to everybody talk. Altogether it was a good experience and if your ever passing through I highly recommend the mad hatter for any hair or beard needs

Hey we have been here twice and both times we had a great experience. Trey did really good on my husband’s hair and beard. They are a new place but they are definitely worth trying and they are kid friendly. While we was there they wasn’t busy so I got to talk to Abby while my son and I waited and she was so nice. I only went once while on vacation but nice friendly and quick. I wish they were in Illinois. Perty bad that I had to drive over nine hours to get a good hair cut but I was a little glad I missed getting one before I left. Didn’t overdue it so I felt normal rather than waiting a week or 2 for it to grow in.
