So I have anxiety, went here for birthday nails, first they ask you to pick a color, what the my don’t tell you is that the colors you pick from the examples that they MAKE YOU pick from are dips, expensive, then when I asked for stilettos they don’t deliver. Asked for a few rhinestones on my cuticle, aren’t even the placed evenly, due to having high anxiety and panic attacks I couldn’t say anything. Not even 24 hours later all the gems are popping off, noticing more flaws, so I come back in with a friend to ask for a refund and the lady is absolutely rude and refusing to give me one! I paid $95 + tip for these! I’ve never paid so much for such a simple set of nails!!! Lady is claiming she can’t do anything without the owner or the nail tech and when we ask her to call the owner, she says she doesn’t have his number and doesn’t know his schedule, after my friend pushes back she then changes and says that the owner will be in tomorrow and to come back?? I just want a refund, they can even clip and remove these nails. Don’t ever come here, it’s a sketchy scam. Manger called me a child and a 10 year old, owner says they don’t accommodate disabilities and was refused a refund! Caused me to have a panic attack. And per the owners own words, my nails pictured below are a normal $95 service and it’s to be expected that the gems fall off less than 24 hours after having them put on.

Just called and spoke to someone and it would have been my first time at that salon.. For color and a full set. Not very friendly. Also asking me to bring Cash….I’ve never been asked that in 30 years I have gone to get my nails done. I didn’t like how she was was a bit rude. I can canceled my apt. I will never go there. Lee provides the best hair cut I’ve had in a long time. The problem is every time I go in the price is higher than they quote. So this time I was quoted $120.00 to dye, highlight, and trim my hair. When I got there they said they were stuck in traffic and come back in an hour. After a four hour appointment I get to the counter and they charge me $205.00. $85.00 above what I was quoted and told me I misunderstood and no adjustments would be made. That no hair trim was included with the color so full price separate charge. Full price separate charge for highlight and dye. I mean an extra $5 or $10 added a pedicure or haircut is one thing but this was almost $100.00 more. Lee literally put her arm around my waist and ushered me out the door leaving my money on the counter. Didn’t count it, didn’t offer any change nothing just shuffled out the door. I felt like I was kindly being screwed. Should I have thrown a fit, maybe… I have put up with the musty smelling towels and dirty floors but continuously misrepresenting you services and prices removes trust. These folks cannot be trusted.
