I am beyond furious with the service my mother received from the salon manager, Dawn . She was told from the very beginning, not to use a toner on her hair . She blatantly disregarded her wishes and did it anyway . She then proceeded to chop her hair off in various size patches, leaving a huge bald spot in the back of her head . I am completely disgusted with how this manager behaved and when it was time to check out she had the nerve to be very rude to my mother . I will be in contact with the regional manager of this store and will be permentaly cutting my ties with Macy’s . By far the worst thing I have ever experienced from a company .

This place is a joke, are they even licensed to cut hair I’ve talked to many people about this. They are horrible at cutting hair if you like to be butcherd up then this is the place to go.
