I took my granddaughter and her friend there as part of a birthday gift. As children, the girls weren’t aware of the poor customer service but I was. At least the birthday girl received the customary brief lotion filled hand massage following the nail polish. The friend was not given the same treatment.

I have never had any issues here. I get my cuticles trimmed. They sterilize tools. My nails are done right. They are evenly manicured and the paint lasts a long time. The longest I have had to wait for service was five minutes which is a big plus seeing I am always on the go. The staff is friendly to me but then I am from Hawaii and understand them a little. I grew up around Vietnamese people. I find them fun and inviting but then I am fun and inviting. If you want a kiss-your-rear spa experience go and pay for a kiss-your-rear spa. These people are immigrants who work hard just like everyone else’s family did at one time. The place needs some better ambiance but that is the only “flaw”. I also love the Buddha in the front but then I am a wannabe Buddhist.

I wish I would of read the reviews before I went to get my nails done. First no body spoke any English if any. The girl that did my fill only said four things to me. ” What color, shorter, wash hands and done.” The rest of the time spoke to everyone that worked there in Vietnamese, I find that so rude. Nails were ok not the best.

Very disappointed! Went in for a manicure and pedicure. Was the only customer there. Was treated like an “imposition”. The man who I think was the owner/manager, showed very little interest in spending any time on my manicure. It was SO BAD that I showed the results to the other female employee who immediately wiped off the nail polish and immediately re-did the manicure by quickly working on my cuticles and ended up cutting one of my fingers. The manager never apologized for his poor workmanship or unprofessional behavior. During the pedicure, I was told to get out of the chair to wash my hands which had been prepped for the second manicure. My feet were still wet and I slipped and fell on the tile floor. No one knew enough English to be able to understand that I had twisted my back during the fall. This is a business I would EVER recommend to ANYONE!

I am not sure where to start except to say I will never go back here. I had a simple pedicure and worst place I have ever been to for a pedicure. They don’t steralize their utensils after each client. The warm damp clothes they use to wipe the lotion off your legs smell like mildew and is very nauseating. Any good nail tech would know if you had ingrown nails but the nail tech I had didn’t even clean under the nails to see if i had any ingrown nails. Please go somewhere else besides here. Next time I will look up the reviews before I go.

Very unhappy with the service. I wanted a mani pedi and two workers worked on me at the same time. I go for a pedi to relax and rest not be handled in a hurry. The ladies spoke in there language never greeted me or spoke to me in English. The utensils were not sterile, very dingy in the facility, and very unsatisfied with the paint job done on my nails. I will not be returning to this nail salon. And I fear for my fellow ladies who do attend this place on the regular.

I decided to try a new place considering my normal nail tech was on vacation, BIGGEST MISTAKE of my life! This place smells like cigarretes as soon as you walk through the door. I only got a fill with gel polish, i wanted the chrome polish. I don’t remember her name but she did an AWFUL job. the chrome didn’t cover my whole nail the rim around my nail looks ridiculous. She didn’t file them evenly and today my whole thumb nail is chipped off. To top it all off i was charged 50$!!!!!!! how in the hell?! i almost died when she told me 50$ for a fill. When i went back today to show the damage they just spoke amongst themselves and ignored me for awhile, mind you i’m holding my 1 year old daughter, i simply just asked for my money back, and was told i couldn’t receive a refund. They offered me 10$!! 10 out of the 50 i paid for these ugly OBVIOUSLY poorly done nails. Now i work in the service industry i am a bartender but i was so upset with the customer service that i asked for the 10$ tip i gave to the woman back. Usually id be mortified because we all work hard for our money but i feel this place truly doesn’t care about customer service or providing decent looking nails. NEVER coming back. EVER.

The guy did not even cute my cuticles back. All he cared about was watching TV. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! A good pedicure should take at least 40 mins. I was out of the seat in 20. I will never be back.
