Although I didn’t catch her name; the first lady by the window as you come in the door greeted me immediately upon arrival. She and the other staff members treated me like family. My wife and I are visiting from Union City, TN, and we had made plans for a dinner date tonight and needed some last minute to-dos to be done! She sure helped me out when no one else was willing! So I really loved this place and the gentleman who was cutting my son’s hair. It didn’t turn out so well as the gentleman was older and my child was small. Although my son’s haircut was the best, the service was amazing. He was very careful and super nice. Wouldn’t recommend for small children, but once he gets older we’ll go back.

First time visiting the town of Franklin. Need to shape up and get my ears lowered. They were simply amazing, extremely friendly staff. Only downside is parking, but that includes all of downtown Franklin. Also note, they are cash only. But have 2 ATM’s very conveniently located nearby.
