Rename it Meh-hard. I was seeking a higher end barber experience than what I could find at sport clips or supercuts; this really isnt it. I booked online, and when I arrived, seemed like no one knew to expect me. I was not really greeted at the door, just sort of looked at. When told I booked online, then there was some action. But I didnt get all the services I booked (no beard trim, because nobody bothered to check the booking). Haircut was fine, but nothing special. Didnt even ask how I style it, or offer any input. The advertised hot foam razor on neck? Not included. Check that I’m satisfied with the cut using a mirror? Also not included. Just an “all set, that will be $25, I have change if you need it.”. Thoroughly unimpressed.

Made an appointment for 11 40, showed 10 minutes early.No greeting, no asking if I had an appointment, then proceeded to take a walk in before me. So maybe poorly trained staff that day. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueSo here we go… ever since quarantine I’ve been growing my hair out to the point where it was way longer than I’ve ever had it. I loved it. But it was definitely time for a change and I’m so glad that I came here for that change. My whole life I’ve had short hair but after having my quarantine locks for about a year now I felt it was time for another change in the way of a medium hairstyle. Calvin is a golden god. He meticulously cut my hair for over an hour parting it perfectly and truly showing what an artist he really is. My hair is as perfect as I could possibly have asked for it to be and I couldn’t be happier. Any barber worth their salt can give you a trim but this dude is a true barber who’s honed his skills over years. I don’t think I’ll be using anyone but Calvin for as long as Mackhard has him. So here we go… ever since quarantine I’ve been growing my hair out to the point where it was way longer than I’ve ever had it. I loved it. But it was definitely time for a change and I’m so glad that I came here for that change. Walked right in and sat on the chair 15 minutes after they opened. Girl did a solid haircut but her shaving skills were weak. I’d come back but ask for a guy if I want a shave.
