Yes, yes, and yes! Machi did an awesome job braiding me up. She took me in early morning and had great timing with finishing. I got so many compliments. She definitely made me feel welcomed. I also booked for my next appointment. Go try her, you won’t be disappointed.

The first thing I want to say is I felt a presence of love when I entered the salon. It was very clean and Machi welcoming was warm. I couldn’t get the braids I originally wanted because do to age and medicine I take my hair is super thin. I love that Machi wasn’t about just the money and cared about my hair. Excellent customer service Machi was able to see me as a walk in. I have very thick hair and she finished my hair in four hours I got large box braids. I will definitely be back again for sure. So glad I came here.

I asked for knotless…she gave me box braids which I didn’t know until we were done. Having said that, she explained that my hair texture would have caused the braids to slip. My only complaint is that this should have been told to me b4 starting. However, my braids are absolutely perfect!!! She is the sweetest woman ever and fast!!! I will continue to give her my business.

This was my first time trying out Machi hair braiding and I chose them based off their reviews. I had a great experience needless to say thanks to Machi. I got medium box braids and she did my hair by herself in 4 and Half hours, I couldn’t believe it! She was very kind and gentle and always checked in to make sure she was not braiding to tight which I appreciated, especially around my perimeters. It has been two months and I still have my hair up. I will definitely recommend giving her a try! Thanks Machi!

Machi is the BEST hair braider in Harvey. She is so sweet and has great customer service. She makes sure her customers are comfortable and she doesn’t braid too tight. I love her and will be a regular. Tension breaks my hair off and I Machi’s braiding does not break my hair off. I would recommend anyone to come to her to get their hair done.
