Not even worth rating 1/5 stars. Don’t waste your time here. I had 3 appointments that were all canceled on me on behalf of this spa with cancellation notice given to me less than 2 hours of the actual appointments. They literally do not care. Like DO NOT care. They don’t even try to rebook or rectify the situation.

NO STARS!!! DO NOT VISIT HERE! I went here with my daughters. We were asked multiple times could we afford to pay for the hcg weight loss plan by Nurse Faith. ($1800). I mean why would we ask to sign up if money was a problem? Faith seems to be very racist. READ OTHER REVIEWS ITS A BUNCH MORE WITH COMMENTS ABOUT HER ABSURD BEHAVIOR. She sends the young girls in who have no clue what they are talking about to relay messages. They also do the measurements which were never the same. Very unprofessional place. I hate the day I went to this establishment. After I quit going one of my daughters continued on with the program for a second round because she really wanted to lose weight. Needless to say she has had nothing but problems. First she reschedules an appointment but before doing so she speaks to them to make sure it won’t affect her hcg schedule they tell her it will not affect it. But when she shows up Faith refuses to give her the hcg shots even though it was front desk error. Faith also charged 35 just to come in the room so that my daughter could ask one question. Then today my daughter gets a call from Claudia demanding she a pay a 25 dollar deposit because of a missed appointment she wasnt aware of. Claudia then proceeds to be smart and say that she has told her that her name was Claudia twice because my daughter couldn’t hear her and asked her to repeat her name. THIS PLACE IS POORLY RUN. I HAVE LEFT A MESSAGE FOR THE OWNER. IM SURE THE GIRLS AT THE FRONT DESK WONT RELAY MESSAGE. DISGUSTING ESTABLISHMENT. I will be contacting BBB about the poor service if I don’t hear back from the owner.
