Rachelle is a phenomenal esthetician and is just fantastic in her waxing services. OMG!! This was my first Brazilian wax and I was so comfortable, because Rachelle was so friendly and professional. On a scale from 1-10 the pain level was a 7 but like I said it was my first time and the first is always the worst. Despite all that I love love love the way it looks and feel.
